Can you see the cross? This is a raw photo from my phone taken on the morning of Good Friday 2026, just before sunrise.
Good Friday? That terms always threw me. The day that Jesus Christ was buried after being tortured and murdered on a cross for the public and his mother to witness. Yet we call it Good because we know what's coming. Good out of bad, Rom 8:28.
What's your bad? Some of you are going through horrific. I don't mean to minimize it. This broken, brutal planet can be very unfair at times. This too shall pass (2 Cor 4: 17-18). Or better stated from the NIV...
"For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all."
Don't give up. Keep the Faith. Remember, God's best went through the worst. For those not versed on that, as my dear MonDude Brother John Paul says, "You need to get in the Word, man! ".
Read it for yourself. You'll learn you are not alone. You'll learn there are 1,000's of promises to help you navigate this broken planet and to give you Hope for a bigger picture.
