Open with Prayer, lift the negatives, give thanks for the positives, invite the Holy Spirit in to guide the conversation, heavy or light. Phil 4: 6-8

Never condemn a dude for being gone and choosing to show back up. Embrace him just like Jesus taught in the Prodigal Son…Luke 15: 11-32
If that Dude found another group that grows him closer/stronger with Christ…that is all that matters. It is not about you, it is about Him. If the Dude has not found above and simply astray than you respectfully pursue and encourage him back or to another group.
Avoid politics for this broken planet/kingdom. We best focus on the Lord's kingdom and how to best shine Matt 5:16 light while here.
Open door, who are we to close the doors on someone that wants to get to know and grow stronger and closer to Christ? A healthy group will grow and branch. Leaders train future leaders to lead. Living out Jesus' command to go and make disciples, Matt 28: 18-20.
Dudes is a launching platform for the ministries to where you have been God gifted and called. Your job is to tune in and ask and encourage other brothers the same.
Dudes is in the Hope, Encouragement and Accountability business, 1 Thes 5:11. Beware of pride and checking boxes while being afraid to ask how are they really doing with their God-given strengths, weaknesses and callings.
